The University of San Diego school of law academic calendar has been approved for the year 2024-25. Fall semester classes starts on August 19, 2024. Below you will find all the important deadline dates.
Ucd law classes period 2024-25
Fall semester classes are scheduled to run between August 19, 2024 and November 25, 2024. The Spring semester will begin on January 6 and finish on April 23, 2025. And the summer classes start on June 2 and run until July 18, 2025.

Add/drop and withdrawal deadline dates 2024-25
- The last day to enroll in classes and to withdraw with a “w” for the fall semester is August 30, 2024. The deadline to withdraw from the fall semester will be on November 8, 2024.
- The final date for spring semester registration or fee payment without penalty is January 3, 2025.
- The deadline to enroll in spring semester classes and to drop a class without “w” will be January 17, 2025, while the deadline to withdraw from spring semester classes is April 4, 2025.
- The deadline for Summer semester registration will be from May 30, 2025 to June 6, 2025. The deadline to drop classes is July 11, 2025.
Important holidays 2024-25
The Fall semester Thanksgiving holiday will fall between November 27 and December 1, 2024. The Spring semester break will start on March 2 and end on March 9, 2025
